Important information for guests

All prices are per apartment per night (minimum stay 3 nights).

Statutory tourist tax is € 1.35 per person per night and will be charged separately. Children under 14 are exempt.

Reductions: Children under 3: free. Children aged 3 - 9: €10.00 per night.

Our guests can make use of the reductions and advantages of the Holidaypass vorbehalten.

In the event of early departure or late arrival the full price for the entire stay booked will be charged.

You can check in to the apartments from 2:00pm. We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00am on your departure day.

Pets are not permitted in our apartments.

In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained as a processing fee. In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival 50% of the entire booking price will be charged.

Please note that reservations only become binding upon transfer of the deposit as confirmation.
